Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- Line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper or a silat mat.
- In a large bowl, combine the almond flour, maple syrup, coconut oil, sunflower seeds, chocolate chips, and salt (if using). Mix until a dough forms.
- Scoop a heaping tablespoon of dough, roll it into a ball, and flatten it into a cookie shape.
- Place the cookies on the baking sheet and repeat until all dough is used (12 cookies total).
- Bake for 15 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through.
- Cool and enjoy.
