Instructions
- Whisk together the flour, baking soda, cinnamon, salt, and oats, then set aside.
- Cream the butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar together until smooth, then add the eggs and mix well.
- Incorporate the vanilla and molasses, then mix until combined.
- Add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture and mix on low until combined.
- Stir in the white chocolate, dried cranberries, coconut, and pecans, then chill the dough for 1 hour.
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (177°C) and line baking sheets with parchment paper.
- Roll the dough into balls and place them on the baking sheets, spaced apart.
- Bake for 10-11 minutes until lightly browned, then cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
