Instructions
- Whisk together the flour, baking soda, cinnamon, salt, and oats, then set aside.
- Cream the butter and sugars together until smooth, then add the eggs and mix until combined.
- Incorporate the vanilla and molasses, mixing until well combined.
- Add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture and mix on low speed until combined, then add the chocolate chips, butterscotch morsels, coconut, and pecans.
- Chill the dough for 1 hour in the refrigerator.
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (177°C) and line baking sheets with parchment paper.
- Roll the dough into balls and place them on the baking sheets, spacing them 2 inches apart.
- Bake for 10 minutes until lightly browned on the sides, then cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
