Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and prepare a baking sheet with nonstick spray.
- Mix melted butter and brown sugar until smooth, then add maple syrup, egg, peanut butter, and vanilla, mixing well.
- Stir in salt, oats, and baking soda until combined, then fold in chocolate chips and M&M’s.
- Refrigerate the dough for 20 minutes to firm up.
- Scoop 2 tablespoons of dough, roll into a ball, and slightly flatten on the baking sheet.
- Repeat until the baking sheet is filled with 6 cookies.
- Bake for 11-14 minutes until golden brown around the edges.
- Cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
