Instructions
- Cream the butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until fluffy.
- Beat in the peanut butter until fluffy, then add the egg and vanilla until combined.
- Sprinkle the baking soda and salt over the mixture, then gradually add the flour while mixing on low.
- Slowly beat in the oats and then stir in the M&Ms, chocolate chips, and peanut butter chips by hand.
- Chill the dough for at least 30 minutes if time allows.
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and line two cookie sheets with parchment paper.
- Drop rounded tablespoons of dough onto the sheets and bake for 10 minutes until lightly golden brown.
- Let the cookies rest on the sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool.
