Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and line two baking sheets with baking paper, lightly coated with cooking spray.
- In a bowl, sift together the flour, baking soda, and salt; set aside.
- Melt the butter in a large saucepan over medium heat, then remove from heat and stir in the cocoa powder and sugars until the mixture resembles coarse sand.
- Add the yogurt and vanilla to the mixture, stirring to combine.
- Mix in the flour mixture until moist, then fold in the peanut butter chips.
- Drop the cookie dough by level tablespoons onto the prepared baking sheets, spacing them 2 inches apart.
- Bake for about 10 minutes or until the cookies are almost set.
- Allow the cookies to cool on the pans for 2 to 3 minutes before transferring them to wire racks to cool completely.
