Instructions
- Mix the dry ingredients in a large bowl.
- In another bowl, whisk the oil, softened butter, and sugar until combined, then add water and whisk until smooth.
- Combine the wet and dry ingredients, then fold in the peanut butter chips and chopped chocolate.
- Refrigerate the dough for 30 minutes.
- Preheat the oven and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Form the dough into balls and place them on the sheet.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes until the tops are set, then cool on a wire rack.
