Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and prepare cookie sheets.
- In a large bowl, mix eggs, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until well combined.
- Add salt, baking soda, vanilla, peanut butter, and softened butter, mixing until creamy.
- Stir in oats, M&Ms, and chocolate chips until combined; the dough will be sticky.
- Scoop dough into heaping tablespoon-sized balls and place on cookie sheets, spacing them apart.
- Bake for 8-10 minutes until set and lightly golden around the edges.
- Let cookies cool on the sheet for 1-2 minutes before transferring to a cooling rack.
