Double Chocolate M&M Cookies

Instructions
- 1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (163°C).
- 2. In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt.
- 3. In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the chopped chocolate and butter, microwaving in intervals until melted and smooth.
- 4. Let the chocolate mixture cool slightly, then mix in the sugar, eggs, and vanilla until combined.
- 5. Gradually add the flour mixture to the chocolate mixture, mixing on low speed.
- 6. Fold in the M&M’s with a wooden spoon.
- 7. Line baking sheets with parchment paper and drop tablespoonfuls of dough onto the sheets, spacing them apart.
- 8. Bake for 13-14 minutes until slightly flattened and cracked on the surface.
- 9. Allow cookies to cool on the baking sheet for 2-3 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
