Instructions
- Blend marinade ingredients until smooth, then marinate the steak in the mixture for 1 to 8 hours.
- Prepare the toppings while the steak marinates.

- Grill the steak for 7-9 minutes per side until it reaches the desired doneness, then let it rest for 5 minutes.
- Slice the steak against the grain and assemble the tacos with steak, chimichurri, cotija, cilantro, red onion, and guacamole.
