The Marinade

The Tacos
-

flat iron steak

sliced avocado

chopped tomato

chopped cilantro leaves
Instructions
- Poke holes in the steak and place it in a bag with the marinade ingredients.
- Blend the marinade ingredients until smooth, pour over the steak, seal, and refrigerate for 1 hour to overnight.
- Let the steak come to room temperature before grilling.
- Preheat the grill and oil the grates.
- Grill the steak for about 10 minutes on each side or until desired doneness.
- Let the steak rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
- Warm the tortillas on the grill.
- Assemble the tacos with steak and your choice of toppings.
