Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 325°F.
- Whip together applesauce, water, and guar gum with an electric mixer.
- Add baking powder, baking soda, almond butter, salt, stevia, coconut sugar, cocoa powder, chocolate chips, and walnut pieces to the mixture.
- Beat the mixture with the electric mixer until well combined.
- Scoop the batter into a greased square cake pan and spread it evenly.
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 30 minutes.
- Allow to cool before serving, or enjoy cold from the fridge.
