Ingredients

The batter

  • ½ cup water
  • 2 tbsp water
  • tsp xanthan gum
  • ½ tsp baking powder
  • ½ tsp baking soda
  • 3 tbsp coconut flour
  • 1 cup almond butter
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • 2 droppers-full vanilla liquid stevia
  • cup honey
  • ¼ cup cocoa powder

Toppings

  • ¼ cup dairy-free chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Mix water and xanthan gum with an electric mixer.
  2. Add baking powder, baking soda, coconut flour, almond butter, salt, vanilla liquid stevia, honey, and cocoa powder to the mixture and beat well.
  3. Pour the batter into a greased square cake pan and spread it evenly.
  4. Sprinkle dairy-free chocolate chips on top.
  5. Bake at 325°F for about 35 minutes.
