Kid-Friendly + Gluten Free

  • ¼ c nut or seed butter
  • 1 c apple slices
  • 1 c dried apricots
  • 1 c celery sticks
  • assortment gluten free Multi-seed Crackers
  • 1 c sweet pickles
  • 1 c sliced hard cheddar cheese (or dairy-free alternative)
  • 1 c cream cheese mixed with honey (or dairy-free cream cheese)

Dairy-Free and/or Vegetarian

  • ¼ c hummus
  • 1 c cucumber
  • 1 c sliced radish
  • 1 c olives
  • 1 c mini bell peppers
  • 1 c roasted nuts
  • 1 c kale chips

Cheese & Meat

  • 1 c grapes
  • 1 wedge Gouda cheese
  • assortment gluten free multiseed crackers
  • 1 c prosciutto slices
  • 1 c Mozzarella sticks wrapped in salami
  • 1 c rutabaga chips
  • 1 bunch fresh basil

Dip options

  • 1 c vegan edamame pesto dip
  • 1 c roasted cauliflower dip
  • 1 c traditional hummus
  • ¼ c almond butter
  • 1 c Nightshade Free Vegan Ranch dip
  • 1 c Parmesan and roasted garlic hummus
  • 1 c chickpea cookie dough dessert hummus

Instructions

  1. Gather a large platter or cutting board and multiple small dishes for dips and spreads.
  2. Add the dips and spreads to the small bowls.
  3. Gather all of the ingredients and add the largest items first to the board.
  4. Nestle in the dip bowls.
  5. Fill in the remaining space with smaller foods and cover any gaps with fruit or garnishes.
