Instructions
- Boil four cups of water in a medium pot.
- Add the cinnamon sticks, tea bags, whole cloves, and sliced ginger to the pot.
- Boil for five minutes, then reduce heat and simmer.
- Remove from heat and strain the mixture to remove the tea bags and spices.
- While still hot, stir in the sugar and vanilla.
- Store the chai concentrate in the refrigerator until ready to use.
- To serve, mix one part chai concentrate with one part milk, heat, and enjoy.
