Instructions
- Combine all ingredients except maple syrup and pumpkin seeds in a small pot.
- Bring to a boil over medium-low heat.
- Cover and simmer for about 5 minutes until the oats are tender.
- Serve in a bowl topped with maple syrup and pumpkin seeds.
