Carrot Cake Oatmeal

raisins

maple syrup

chopped walnuts
Optional toppings

Instructions
- Grate the carrot and set it aside.
- In a medium pot over low heat, combine the oats and almond milk or water.
- Bring the mixture to a gentle boil.
- Add the grated carrot, raisins, and maple syrup to the pot.
- Reduce the heat to low, cover, and cook for 5-7 minutes.
- Remove from heat and top with walnuts and any additional toppings.
