Butaman (Steamed Pork Buns)

Instructions
- Sift the flour into a mixing bowl and create a well in the center.
- Add the instant dry yeast and sugar into the well, then pour in the lukewarm milk and mix.
- Incorporate the sesame seed oil and salt, then knead until a dough forms.
- Wrap the dough in cling wrap and let it rise for about 1 hour until doubled in size.
- While the dough rises, combine all filling ingredients in a bowl and knead until sticky.
- Divide the filling into 6 portions and shape them into patties.
- Once the dough has risen, cut it into 6 equal pieces and shape each into a circle.
- Flatten each dough piece and roll it out to about 10 cm in diameter.
- Place a filling patty in the center of each dough circle.
- Pinch the edges of the dough to seal the filling inside, creating pleats.
- Place each bun on parchment paper and arrange them in a bamboo steamer.
- Steam the buns over boiling water for 15 minutes.
- Turn off the heat and serve the buns warm.
