Instructions
- Heat 1 cup of milk to about 95°F and combine with yeast and sugar, letting it froth.
- Mix in softened butter, eggs, and salt, then gradually add flour to form a soft dough.
- Knead the dough until soft and elastic, then let it rise in a warm place until doubled in size.
- Punch down the dough, divide it, and roll each piece out into a rectangle.
- Spread Nutella on the dough, roll it up, and twist the logs together.
- Place the twisted logs in greased loaf pans and let them rest.
- Prepare the crumble topping by mixing brown sugar, flour, cinnamon, and cutting in cold butter.
- Brush the loaves with egg wash and top with crumble mixture.
- Bake at 350°F for 45-50 minutes until golden brown.
- Cool for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
