Ingredients

  • ¾ cup non-dairy milk
  • 2 shots espresso
  • ¼ cup mint leaves
  • 1 frozen banana banana
  • 1 tablespoon nut/seed butter
  • ¼ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • a tiny pinch sea salt
  • to taste sweetener of choice
  • optional ice
  • 1 teaspoon cacao nibs

Instructions

  1. Combine non-dairy milk, espresso, mint leaves, banana, nut/seed butter, vanilla extract, sea salt, sweetener, and ice in a blender.
  2. Blend on high until smooth for about 30 seconds.
  3. Add cacao nibs and blend for an additional 5 seconds to incorporate them.
  4. Serve immediately.
