Instructions
- Combine non-dairy milk, espresso, mint leaves, banana, nut/seed butter, vanilla extract, sea salt, sweetener, and ice in a blender.
- Blend on high until smooth for about 30 seconds.
- Add cacao nibs and blend for an additional 5 seconds to incorporate them.
- Serve immediately.
