Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F and line baking sheets with foil, coating them with cooking spray.
- Cut both ends off the plantains and slit a shallow line down the long seam to peel them.
- Slice the plantains thinly using a mandoline or sharp knife for even results.
- In a bowl, combine the plantains with salt, paprika, and ground pepper, tossing them together.
- Arrange the plantain slices on the baking sheets in a single layer, spray lightly with oil, and bake.
- Turn the slices over after 10 minutes and continue baking for another 15-20 minutes until golden brown and crunchy.
- Serve warm or cool and store in a sealed container.
