Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F and prepare baking sheets with foil and cooking spray or oil.
- Cut both ends off the plantain and make a shallow slit down the long seam to peel it.
- Place the peeled plantain on the tray, lightly spray it, and bake for about 15 minutes.
- Turn the plantain and bake for another 15 minutes or until golden brown and tender.
