Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F and prepare baking sheets with foil and cooking spray or oil.
  2. Cut both ends off the plantain and make a shallow slit down the long seam to peel it.
  3. Place the peeled plantain on the tray, lightly spray it, and bake for about 15 minutes.
  4. Turn the plantain and bake for another 15 minutes or until golden brown and tender.
