Grits Smothered with Mustard Greens

Instructions
- Boil water in a small pot, then reduce heat and stir in grits and bouillon, cooking for 6 minutes.
- Add plant-based milk to the grits and cook for another 2 minutes before removing from heat.
- In a skillet, heat olive oil and sauté onion for 3 minutes, then add garlic, cayenne, celery salt, and mustard, cooking for an additional 3 minutes.
- Add mustard greens to the skillet and cook until wilted, about 4 to 5 minutes.
- Pour grits into a serving dish, top with cooked greens, and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
