Instructions
- Slice the potato into very thin rounds.

- Arrange the potato slices in a single layer on the parchment.
- Microwave the slices on high for 5-10 minutes until crisp, checking frequently to avoid burning.
- Allow the chips to cool for about 2 minutes before serving.
