Instant Pot Brown Rice Pilaf

Instructions
- 1. Melt the butter in the Instant Pot using the sauté function.
- 2. Add the onion and salt, cooking until the onion is translucent.
- 3. Stir in the rice and cook for 30-45 seconds.
- 4. Add the garlic and broth, then secure the lid.
- 5. Set to Manual mode and cook for 22 minutes.
- 6. Allow the pressure to naturally release.
- 7. Fluff the rice with a fork and stir in the parsley before serving.
