Sweet and Spicy Fresh Salsa

Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a food processor and pulse a few times for a smoother salsa, or mix by hand for a thicker salsa.
- Chill the salsa in a non-reactive serving bowl for at least 30 minutes before serving.
- Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 4 days.
