Ingredients

The salad

  • cups apples, cut into ½ inch pieces
  • ¾ cup celery, thinly sliced
  • 1 cup grapes, halved
  • ½ cup walnuts, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon chopped parsley

The dressing

  • ½ cup mayonnaise or plain yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Combine the apples, celery, grapes, and walnuts in a large bowl.
  2. In a small bowl, mix the mayonnaise, sugar, lemon juice, and salt to create the dressing.
  3. Pour the dressing over the fruit and toss to coat evenly.
