The salad

The dressing

Instructions
- Combine the apples, celery, grapes, and walnuts in a large bowl.
- In a small bowl, mix the mayonnaise, sugar, lemon juice, and salt to create the dressing.

- Sprinkle with parsley and serve, optionally garnished with additional fruit.
