Instructions
- Preheat the grill to high.
- In a small bowl, mash the avocados and mix in onion, lime juice, chipotle powder, garlic salt, and kosher salt. Cover and set aside.
- Oil the grill and cook the chicken patties according to package directions for about 9-11 minutes, turning occasionally.
- Butter the cut sides of the pretzel buns and toast them on the grill until golden.
- Mix mayonnaise and BBQ sauce in a small bowl.
- Assemble the burgers by layering the buns with lettuce, chicken patties, guacamole, and tomato. Top with BBQ mayo sauce and serve.
