Chicken Burgers with Chipotle Aioli

Instructions
- Combine all burger patty ingredients except olive oil in a bowl and mix well.
- Divide the mixture into four patties.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Cook each patty for about 5 minutes per side, or until cooked through.
- To make the chipotle aioli, mix all aioli ingredients in a bowl until combined.
- Assemble the burgers by stacking a patty, cheddar cheese, sliced red onion, tomato, lettuce, and mashed avocado on each bottom bun.
- Spread chipotle aioli on each top bun and place on top of the assembled burgers.
