The Assembly

BBQ Sauce
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a skillet and sauté sliced onions for about 10 minutes.
- Add butter, salt, and pepper to the onions and cook until the butter is melted and absorbed.
- In a bowl, combine ground chicken, egg, oregano, salt, and pepper, then form into four patties.
- Preheat the grill and cook the patties for 4 minutes on each side until fully cooked.
- Toast the buns on the grill for about 1 minute.
- Assemble the burgers with the bottom bun, lettuce, tomato slices, chicken patty, avocado, caramelized onions, BBQ sauce, and top bun.
