Healthy Chicken Burgers

Instructions
- Combine the ground chicken, onion, garlic, salt, paprika, and black pepper in a large bowl.
- Mix the ingredients until well combined, then divide the mixture into 4 equal sections.
- Wet your hands to prevent sticking, and form each section into a patty about 1 inch thick.
- Heat olive oil in a 12-inch skillet over medium-high heat.
- Cook the patties for 5 minutes on one side, then flip and cook for an additional 4 to 5 minutes until they reach an internal temperature of 165ºF.
- Serve the burgers warm with your choice of toppings, either on a bun or wrapped in lettuce.
