Instructions
- Combine all the patty ingredients in a mixing bowl and mix until well combined.
- Lightly wet your hands and shape the mixture into four thick patties.
- Add oil to a grill pan or charcoal grill and cook the burgers for 3-4 minutes on each side until they reach an internal temperature of 165°F.
- Remove the burgers from the grill and assemble with your desired fix-ins.
