Instructions
- Combine all ingredients for the patties in a bowl and mix until evenly combined.
- Shape the mixture into 4 to 6 equal patties about 1 inch thick and place on a lined baking sheet.
- Preheat grill or grill pan to medium-high heat and grease it.
- Cook the patties on the grill for 4 to 6 minutes on each side until the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
- Remove the patties from the grill and let them rest for 5 minutes.
- Toast the buns and assemble the burgers with toppings as desired.
