Instructions
- Preheat the grill or grill pan to medium heat.
- In a large bowl, combine the ground chicken, garlic, breadcrumbs, chipotle pepper, adobo sauce, salt, pepper, and cilantro, then gently fold in the avocado.
- Shape the mixture into 4 patties.
- Oil the grill and cook the patties for about 5 minutes on each side until fully cooked and the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
- While the burgers are cooking, mix the Greek yogurt, adobo sauce, and salt in a small bowl to prepare the chipotle yogurt sauce.
- Serve the burgers with the yogurt sauce and any additional toppings.
