Instructions
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- In a bowl, combine ground chicken, green onions, chipotle pepper, almond flour, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
- Mix in the shredded cheese until evenly distributed.
- Divide the mixture into 4 portions and shape them into patties about ½-inch thick.
- Grill the patties for 5-6 minutes on each side until fully cooked (165℉ internal temperature).
- Serve on buns or lettuce wraps with desired toppings.
