Cheddar Barbecue Chicken Burgers

Instructions
- Combine ground chicken, 2 tablespoons barbecue sauce, cheddar, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika in a bowl and mix well.
- Form the mixture into four equal patties and refrigerate for at least an hour if desired.
- Heat a nonstick grill pan or skillet over medium heat and lightly mist with cooking spray.
- Cook the patties for 5 minutes on one side, then flip and cook for another 5 minutes until cooked through.
- Assemble each burger with lettuce, a patty, a tablespoon of barbecue sauce, tomato, and onion on a bun.
