Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (177°C).
- In a large bowl, mix the cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, lemon juice, and Old Bay seasoning until smooth.
- Stir in the parmesan cheese, green onions, garlic, and hot sauce if using.
- Gently fold in the crab meat and adjust hot sauce to taste.
- Fill each mushroom with about 2 tablespoons of the crab mixture.
- Place the stuffed mushrooms in a baking dish or on a baking sheet.
- Sprinkle the tops with more parmesan cheese.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until the crab mixture is hot and the mushrooms are tender.
- Optional: Broil for 2-3 minutes until the tops are crispy and golden brown.
