Crab Stuffed Mushrooms

Crab Imperial for stuffing

Hellman’s mayonnaise

Italian parsley, finely chopped
Stuffed Mushrooms

White button mushrooms or Baby Bella's, cleaned and cored

marsala wine or white wine (optional)
Instructions
- Mix mayonnaise, egg, old bay seasoning, lemon juice, and parsley in a bowl.
- Gently fold in the crabmeat, being careful not to break it up.
- Clean the mushrooms by wiping them with a damp paper towel and remove the stems.
- Slice a bit off the bottom of the mushroom caps to make them sit flat.
- Fill each mushroom cap with a tablespoon of the crab mixture.
- Place the stuffed mushrooms in a baking dish and add wine or vegetable stock to the bottom.
- Bake at 350°F for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
- Serve with lemon wedges.
