Instructions
- Preheat the oven to broil and place the pita flatbreads directly on the rack.
- Broil for 1 minute, flip, and broil for another minute, then set aside to cool.
- In a small bowl, mix the cream cheese, honey, and vanilla together.
- Spread the cream cheese mixture on the cooled pita breads.
- Decorate the pizzas with the fresh fruit as desired.
- Cut the pizzas into slices and serve immediately.
