Ingredients

The base

  • 2 whole wheat pita flatbreads

The cream cheese mixture

  • 7 ounces Arla Original Cream Cheese
  • 1-2 teaspoons honey
  • ½ teaspoon pure vanilla extract

The fruit toppings

  • 3 whole kiwi, skin removed and sliced
  • ½ cup sliced strawberries
  • ½ cup blackberries
  • ¼ cup blueberries
  • 2 whole raspberries for the center

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to broil and place the pita flatbreads directly on the rack.
  2. Broil for 1 minute, flip, and broil for another minute, then set aside to cool.
  3. In a small bowl, mix the cream cheese, honey, and vanilla together.
  4. Spread the cream cheese mixture on the cooled pita breads.
  5. Decorate the pizzas with the fresh fruit as desired.
  6. Cut the pizzas into slices and serve immediately.
