The base

  • 1 piece Flatout Foldit Artisan Flatbread

The topping

  • 2 tablespoons whipped cream cheese
  • 1 teaspoon powdered sugar
  • to taste various fruit of your choice (e.g., strawberries, pineapple, mandarin oranges, kiwi, blueberries)

Instructions

  1. Slice the Flatout Foldit in half to make two rounds.
  2. Toast the rounds in a toaster oven to your desired darkness.

  4. Spread each toasted round with a tablespoon of the sweetened whipped cream cheese.
