Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and prepare a baking pan with cooking spray.
- Mix the dry ingredients in one bowl and whisk the wet ingredients in another until fluffy.
- Combine the wet and dry mixtures, adding water if necessary to smooth the batter.
- Fold in the white chocolate chips and spread the batter evenly in the pan.
- Bake for 14 to 16 minutes until golden, then cool completely.
- Prepare the frosting by beating the cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
- Cut the cooled cookie into squares and then into triangles.
- Spread frosting over the cookie triangles and top with fresh fruit.
- Refrigerate until ready to serve.
