Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and coat a 12-inch pizza pan with cooking spray.
- Press the cookie dough evenly into the pan and bake for 12-14 minutes until light golden brown.
- Let the crust cool completely in the pan.
- To make the frosting, beat the butter and cream cheese together for 3 minutes until smooth.
- Add the powdered sugar, vanilla, salt, and milk, then beat on high for an additional 3-5 minutes until light and fluffy.
- Spread the frosting over the cooled crust.
- Arrange the fresh fruit on top of the frosting.
- Heat the apricot jam in the microwave for 10 seconds until melted and brush it over the fruit.
- Serve immediately or cover and chill for up to 6 hours.
