Instructions
- Whisk together the flour, cornstarch, baking powder, and salt in a bowl.
- Beat the butter and sugar until creamy, then add the egg and vanilla.
- Combine the dry ingredients with the wet ingredients and chill the dough for 20 minutes.
- Preheat the oven and press the chilled dough onto a greased pizza pan.
- Bake until the edges are lightly browned, then cool the crust completely.
- Beat the cream cheese and butter until smooth, then add the confectioners' sugar and vanilla.
- Spread the frosting over the cooled crust and top with fruit.
- Cut into slices and serve.
