Instructions
- Prepare the Very Cherry Gelato by pitting and rinsing the cherries, then processing 2 cups of cherries with lemon juice and sugar until liquefied.
- Add the milk to the cherry mixture and blend until smooth, then mix in the reserved quartered cherries.
- Pour the cherry mixture into an ice cream maker and freeze according to the manufacturer's instructions.
- For the Blueberry Cheesecake Gelato, rinse the blueberries and process them with sugar until liquefied.
- Add cream cheese to the blueberry mixture and blend until smooth, then mix in the milk until well combined.
- Pour the blueberry mixture into an ice cream maker and freeze according to the manufacturer's instructions.
