Instructions
- For Eggnog Gelato, mix all ingredients in a bowl until sugar is dissolved.
- Transfer the mixture to an ice cream or gelato maker and freeze according to the manufacturer's instructions.
- Once finished, store the gelato in a container and freeze overnight for best results.
- For Cranberry Gelato, combine all ingredients in a large bowl and mix until sugar is dissolved.
- Process the mixture in an ice cream or gelato maker as per the manufacturer's instructions.
- Store the finished gelato in a container and freeze overnight.
- To make the Homemade Cranberry Sauce, combine all ingredients in a saucepan and bring to a boil.
- Maintain a slow boil for 5 minutes, then reduce heat and simmer for 15 minutes until thickened.
- Cool the sauce for about 20 minutes, then refrigerate overnight to allow it to gel.
