Instructions

  1. Mix the cream cheese, sweetened condensed milk, lemon zest, and whipping cream until combined.
  2. Freeze the mixture for 4 hours or until semi-solid.
  3. Beat the frozen mixture until creamy.
  4. Blend the strawberries to your desired consistency and add to the cream cheese mixture.
  5. Add the chopped graham cracker crust and mix well.
  6. Freeze for 8 hours or until firm.
  7. Remove the ice cream from the freezer 15 minutes before serving to soften slightly.
