Crispy Baked Garlic Matchstick Fries

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 450°F (232°C).
- Chop the potatoes into matchsticks.
- Line two baking sheets with foil or parchment paper and spray with nonstick spray.
- Add the fries to the baking sheets and drizzle with oil, salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Toss to coat.
- Arrange the fries in a single layer without touching each other.
- Bake for 25-35 minutes, flipping once for even cooking.
- In the last 10 minutes, sauté minced garlic in olive oil until slightly brown.
- Remove fries from the oven, sprinkle with sea salt, and toss with the sautéed garlic.
- Serve immediately, optionally with Whiskey BBQ Ketchup.
