Instructions
- Bloom the yeast in warm water for a few minutes, then whisk in ½ cup of flour and let it sit covered for 30 minutes.
- Add eggs, sugar, butter, salt, and remaining flour to the yeast mixture and knead until smooth.
- Cover and let the dough rise in a warm place until doubled, about 2 hours.
- Prepare the filling by mixing 2 tablespoons of butter with brown sugar and cinnamon until fluffy.
- Roll out the dough into a rectangle, spread the filling, and roll it up tightly.
- Cut the rolled dough into pieces using dental floss or thread, and place them in a buttered baking dish.
- Brush the tops with melted butter, cover, and refrigerate overnight.
- The next morning, let the rolls rise for about an hour.
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and bake the rolls until golden brown, about 30 minutes.
- Let cool for 15 minutes before glazing and serving.
