Easy Overnight Cinnamon Rolls

Instructions
- Combine flour, salt, yeast, and sugar in a stand mixer bowl.
- Heat water, milk, butter, and apple sauce to about 110 degrees.
- Pour the warm mixture into the flour mixture while mixing at medium speed until combined.
- Knead the dough by hand for 3-4 minutes until smooth and non-sticky.
- Place the dough in a greased bowl and let it rest for 10 minutes.
- Mix the filling ingredients together until well combined.
- Roll the dough into a rectangle, spread the filling, and roll it up.
- Cut the rolled dough into 8 pieces and place them in a greased cake pan.
- Cover and refrigerate overnight to rise.
- In the morning, preheat the oven to 375 degrees.
- Remove the rolls from the fridge, cover with a towel, and let them rise in a warm oven for 1 hour.
- Bake the rolls for 25-28 minutes until golden brown.
- Mix glaze ingredients and drizzle over hot rolls.
