Ingredients

The chicken strips

  • 8 strips chicken tenderloin
  • 12.5 oz chicken tenderloin

The seasoning

  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp paprika
  • ½ tsp chili powder
  • tsp black pepper
  • ½ tbsp oil

The sauce and sides

  • ¼ cup Frank's Hot Sauce
  • 4 stalks celery
  • ½ cup skinny blue cheese dressing

Instructions

  1. Combine garlic powder, paprika, chili powder, and black pepper in a medium bowl.
  2. Season the chicken with the spice mixture and toss to coat evenly.
  3. Heat half of the oil in a large non-stick sauté pan over medium-high heat.
  4. Add half of the chicken and cook until golden, about 3-4 minutes, then turn and cook until the center is no longer pink.
  5. Set the cooked chicken aside and repeat with the remaining oil and chicken.
  6. Pour the hot sauce over the chicken and toss well.
  7. Serve with celery sticks and blue cheese dressing if desired.
